Community Conversation on Antisemitism

June 11 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Community Conversation on Antisemitism:
An Opportunity to Process and Generate Ideas for Healing
Tuesday, June 11, 2019 – 7 to 9 pm
at the Louis S. Wolk Jewish Community Center
1200 Edgewood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618
Please join us for a community conversation, where we will explore how we are all affected by the recent shootings, rapid rise of antisemitism, and increased police presence in our most sacred places—synagogues, religious schools, and community centers. All will be invited to participate, to whatever degree they feel comfortable, in Community Building Circles – where participants will be encouraged to process and share their personal experiences and generate ideas for healing.
Community Building Circles facilitated by Partners in Restorative Initiatives
Light refreshments will be provided.
All are welcome.
Please RSVP by June 6: Click here
or call JFS at 585-461-0110.
Youth are encouraged to participate. Please note we will be discussing emotional content.
